Use of a backup lab for donor testing
Recently Unilab has been using a backup FDA Donor lab for testing due to vendor issues. FEI#2170665 CLIA#24D0663800. Innovative Blood Resources, a Division of New York Blood Center, 737 Pelham Boulevard St. Paul, MN 55114 USA Phone # 651-332-7000. While Unilab is in negotiations with its vendor, we will use Innovative Blood Resources for the following tests. MPX, WNV, Hep. C Ab. and GC/Chyl. Unilab has had a very long relationship with IBR and we are very confident in their ability to provide accurate and timely results. We will be able to provide your office with any necessary documents needed.
