Use of a backup lab for donor testing

Recently Unilab has been using a backup FDA Donor lab for testing due to vendor issues. FEI#0301121397 CLIA#05D2040304. Innovative Health Diagnostics. Unilab, we will use Innovative Health Diagnostics for any FDA donor testing. This may include HIV-1,2/HCV/HBV (NAT), WNV and any other donor assays.
